- Slowly whip the cream while reducing the heat to medium
- Stir occasionally until the mixture starts to bubble. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes
- Increase the heat to medium/medium high and begin stirring in the cheese. Stir vigorously until cheese is completely melted
- Remove the cheese mixture from the heat and add the parsley. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and toss well
- Serve up your favorite cooked pasta that you were smart enough to cook while everything was underway :)
- Garnish with the remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley
