  9. 2 tablespoons boiling water
  10. 2 tablespoons soy sauce (fish sauce)
  11. 2 tablespoons lemon juice (more or less)
  12. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  13. Chili seeds (optional)
  14. We picked the mushroom powder
  15. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less)
  16. Finely chopped coriander
  17. Rice paper softener:

How to Make Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls (Fresh Summer Rolls)

  1. Boil shrimp (I just boiled them), or you can grill or fry
  2. Heat in a coated pan, then fry the tofu. You can fry in any oil.
  3. When all the ingredients are ready, add hot water to the bowl.
  4. Dip each rice paper in warm water for a few seconds and place on a rotating surface like a plate or cutting board. Don't wet too much as it will soften and tear easily.
  5. I like tofu or shrimp first, then cucumber, lettuce and cilantro or whatever you prefer.
  6. Then roll up the sheet like one piece. Repeat for the remaining ingredients. Take apart.
  7. Now work on the sauce: First, add a small bowl of dates and 2 tablespoons of water. 20 seconds in the microwave. Grind until soft, add 1-2 m² of well-mixed water. And filter with other dishes.
  8. Add all other sauce ingredients to the well blended palm mixture and season to taste.
  9. Finally, place the fresh summer rolls on the sauce plate.
