  12. 1/2 cup of water or chicken broth / pork broth
  13. 2 teaspoons of sugar

Steps to prepare Hakien Noodles

  1. There are several types of haki noodles. Choose often. Boil the pasta in boiling water to soften it. Drain and keep. Since he doesn't eat pork and lard, he uses other animal fats. Below is a photo of the animal fats that I usually use at home. Feel free to replace it with your favorite animal fat. Note: It is best to prepare and measure all ingredients in advance.

If you use lard, add another tablespoon of lard to the pasta. Stir and remove from heat.
