Instructions for making tofu balls
- Peel a pumpkin, grate it and squeeze the juice. They have been reduced. Squeeze the lemon / lemon juice onto the shrimp to remove the odor. Set it aside.
- Cut the tofu into small pieces in a large bowl.
- Prepare the herbs. Finely chop the garlic, finely chop the pepper and onion and finely chop the carrot. Add the tofu to the bowl.
- Add all the shrimp and spices. Mix well.
- Make a hole in the center of the compound. Add the eggs to the hole. Slowly add the water, mix well until you get a nice density. Be careful not to add too much water, otherwise the tofu balls will not break during cooking.
- Finally, turn the flour into a ball. Depending on their size, we can make about 17-20 balls.
- You currently have 2 options: cooked, stewed or fried.
- Steaming. Use kitchen paper to clean the bottom of the steamer. Add the tofu balls Ö‡ stew for 7-10 minutes.
- To fry. Beat an egg in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water Ö‡ mix well. Place the tofu balls in the egg mixture, fry in boiling oil over medium-high heat until golden brown.
- Serve hot. You can eat it with chili sauce or fresh chili.
