Ingredients and Spices Required to Make Ho To Tai Soup:

  1. Vegetable oil
  2. 1/4 kg pork - cut into small pieces
  3. 1/4 kg shrimp - it is better to remove the mustache / even remove the skin
  4. 8 pieces of fish balls
  5. 4 koi garlic - powder
  6. 1 onion finely chopped
  7. 2 slices small tomato - chopped
  8. 1 handful of baked cabbage/napa - remove tough stems and net
  9. 1/4 kg green cabbage - remove tough stems and net
  10. 1 small handful of broccoli - remove the stiff stem and split it
  11. 1 small handful of cauliflower: remove tough stems and split
  12. 1 small carrot - cut into pieces
  13. 1/2 part cutie, finely chopped
  14. 1/8 kg of beans - fiber removed
  15. 1 bunch of cabbage - clean
  16. Celery 1 stalk - shredded
  17. Chopsuey sauce:
  18. 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  19. 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  20. 1 cup chicken broth
  21. 1 tablespoon. Corn Starch
  22. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  23. 1 tablespoon black pepper
  24. Pork marinate:
  25. 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  26. 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  27. 1 tablespoon black pepper
  28. 1 tablespoon minced ginger

Steps to make Chopsui Soup (Ho To Tai)

  1. Add the pork marinade and let it infuse for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetables/oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook marinated pork.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Soak onions, garlic and tomatoes. Fry on high heat.
  5. Sprinkle the broth. When the sauce begins to boil, add the vegetables and meatballs. mix well
  6. Cook until the sauce has reduced and the vegetables are soft.
