  8. 2 cloves of garlic
  9. 1/4 onion
  10. 1 cm ginger (crushed)
  11. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  12. 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  13. 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  14. 1/2 teaspoon powdered mushroom broth
  15. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  16. A little white pepper
  17. 1 tablespoon cornstarch (dissolve 1 tablespoon in water)
  18. 350 ml ur

Instructions for preparing mi sapo tahu (klept with tofu noodles)
