- 6-8 large, boiled or raw shrimp shells
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, parsley or chopped green onions
Goa fish skin instructions
- Fry the coriander seeds, cumin and dried peppers in a dry pan for one minute. Combine the pest and mortar, then stir in the ginger, garlic, turmeric and a teaspoon of salt.
